Cody J Edwards

Cody practices primarily in the area of taxation. He advises both small and multi-state companies on a wide range of tax matters including tax controversy, the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, voluntary disclosure agreements, tax planning and tax credits and joined Dickinson Law in early 2017 after working for three years at RSM US LLP, a global tax, audit and IT consulting firm, where he advised clients on all aspects of state and local taxation. Cody previously served as an attorney for the Iowa Department of Revenue, where he helped draft legislation and administrative rules, many of which remain in effect.
