Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a family-owned business, where he provided legal direction and helped shape organizational policies. Prior to that, he practiced in areas such as corporate governance, real estate, probate, and civil litigation, and he previously held senior-level roles, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for a large publicly traded real estate company. Earlier in his career, he oversaw legal operations, advised on corporate restructurings and financings, and managed litigation strategy. His broad background allows him to draw on decades of legal insight while keeping his focus firmly on the needs of the clients he serves today.
