If you're looking for professionalism, keep looking. Lora is very nice, but very unprofessional. I hired her to take care of a child support modification. She claims she "had a plan" 7 months later. 3 months went by, and I didn't hear from her. I sent an email which she never responded to. A couple m...onths later, same thing. Then I called and left a message, which she never returned. I wrote her a letter letting her know I was firing her and wanted a refund on what was left of my retainer and half of what she claimed she did. It came down to me having to file a complaint with the bar association before I received a check. Even though it was only what was left of my retainer, I left it alone. My suggestion to you, is to keep looking. If I could give her zero stars, I would.
