If you mean the state of Nevada, I doubt that Iowa would arrest you. If you mean the city of Nevada, Iowa, then you would most likely be arrested.

The new law allows for dismissed or acquitted charges to be expunged. If you pled guilty or were convicted, there's nothing to do.
