Martin Joseph Kenworthy

My primary practice areas are construction, commercial real estate and business matters.  I have an undergraduate degree in construction engineering and worked in the industry for eight years before graduating from law school.  I have extensive experience with construction contract documents and I have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in a wide variety of construction cases.  I am also a practicing mediator and arbitrator in construction disputes. In business matters I have helped clients start a new business, sell an existing business, or buy a business.  I have prepared a wide variety of contracts and handled commercial litigation matters involving numerous business disputes.  I have also represented commercial property owners in a variety of matters including lease preparation and review, development, and preparation of sale and purchase agreements.
