Our client sought to remove two board members from the HOA Board who were accused of financial improprieties. The HOA refused to hold a meeting to vote on the removal of these Board members. Our firm d ... rafted a petition for removal, helped the client with getting that petition signed, and submitted it to the HOA. While the HOA was still reluctant to hold a meeting, we pointed out that they had no legal basis to delay.
