OUTCOME: The court denied opposing party's Motion for New Trial.

I successfully defeated a Motion for New Trial related to a divorce proceeding in Dallas County. There were fact issues surrounding the entry of the parties' agreed order, which allowed the mother of t ... he parties' child to designate the child's primary residence without regard to geographic restriction. The child's father filed a Motion for New Trial alleging newly discovered evidence. The court denied the father's motion, and the parties' existing order stands.
