A motorcyclist was heading westbound down a busy street in Chicago when an elderly man made a left turn in front of the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist had severe pain and ankle damage as a result of th ... e accident. Had it Not been for the steel toe motorcycle boots, the motorcyclist might have lost his foot. After about 16 weeks of physical therapy the motorcyclist wanted to settle the case, which I did. The motorcycle was repaired and most importantly the motorcyclist got paid for his pain and suffering.
