UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

I hired TJ in May of 2011 for a custody case that she assured me was a no brain winner being that my ex wife had a record of assault and twice having the children remover from the home due to neglect. All summer long after paying the retainer I tried to get hold of heer to find the status of my case.... Every time I called I got her school aged child. He would always tell me that she was not avail. and would call me back. In August after my getting upset with her child on the phone she called me back and said these things take time and that my ex wife was representing herself. In September I was informed that my ex wife now was being reprented by counsel. And there would be a delay. She said that was ok because the court never would have let the case proceed with out my ex wife having representation. In November I heard from someone in her office that said they had forgotten to send me the discovery request and I now had 24 hrs to get it done. The case was scheduled til Febuary and I kept getting calls to resubmit discovery that I had already submitted. About a week beforee the hearing TJ csent me an email wwanting to be taken off of the case. After talking to her she agreed to stay on the case. She did nid not meet with me to discuss the case until two days before trial. The morning of the trial she called me to see if I could pick up a copy of one of the child neglect assesments from DHS because she hadn't read it yet. When we got to court she tried to get me to negotiate just for better visitation. On trial I was made to look like a liar by the opposing counsel because of income I have. Come to find out the income statement never made it to the discovery. I also might add that I was advised by TJ not to bring any witnesses to testify on my behalf. TJ was admonished by the judge towards the end of the day for not being prepared enough. needless to say I loast. TJ's answer to me was "What did I think? A judge wasn't going to take kids away from a single diabetic mother? I tried to appeal which TJ was noyt prepared for either. She told me she was going to ask for certain things, but when I got a copy of it she asked for nothing of the sort
