Biography
My name is Nicole and I have been helping Iowans in a variety of areas of the law since graduating from Drake Law School in 2008. I now practice primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury (car, truck and motorcycle accidents), and estate planning.
I grew up in Mitchellville, a small town in eastern Polk County, and graduated from Southeast Polk High School. I got my first job at 14 years old, and worked my way through college and law school at Drake as a lifeguard and waitress. I've always had a passion for helping people and saw the law as a way to do that. I have been able to put that passion into practice throughout my legal career, whether it was providing free legal representation to clients who could not afford it or through my work as a Civil Rights Specialist or Administrative Law Judge with the State of Iowa. I'm very happy to now be able to help Iowans in other way through my work at Walker, Billingsley & Bair.

Last Will and Testament
Nicole and her staff help my husband and I with advanced directives. Power of attorney and a trust for our one special needs daughter. She listened, was readily available. She took our ARAG insurance. Was super at simplifying somewhat complicated legal vernacular.
