Meegan Michelle Langmaid Keller

First all she doesn't even deserve one star. She was my son's lawyer and she was a horrible lawyer!! My son's case went on for five months and not once during that time did she meet with my son to discuss his case and hear his side of what happen. My son and myself would try calling her at her offic...e and she would never answer her phone no matter how many times throughout the day we tried. She says on her voicemail that for a quicker response to text the number so I did that and got a text back 4 days later after 9PM . The very slim chance that my son did get her on the phone she wouldn't give him a clear answer to his questions about his case and what was going to happen. All my son was asking for was for her to take the time that she should have with him and give him a fair chance to get the charge dropped but because of her inability to do her job properly my son got frustrated and had to say he did something that he didn't do just so he could be done with everything and get on with his life. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone.

I hired Meegan knowing that she was local and specializes in divorce. I know everyone is human but through the entire process of divorce (which took a lot longer than she led me to believe initially), there was ZERO communication done on her part. If I wanted a status check I would have to call her m...yself because she never reached out to me! I would go at least a month without hearing anything so I'd then call her to see if she was waiting on me or what phase we were in. The other party's lawyer knew more about what was going on in the case than I Did! Boy did I feel stupid and unequipped for court knowing that my ex's lawyer had them well prepped and I show up for court with no idea what I was supposed to do, say, bring with me, or heck, why we were there!!!

Meegan was sharp, quick thinking, knows the lawyer and excellent to us. She doesn't waste your money with trivial communication, but rest assured she's kicking ass behind the scenes. I would not want to be on the opposite end of her during trial. She is very intimidating and controls the room when sh...e walks in. She got us exactly what we were going for and I would definitely recommend her.

Meegan Keller seemed like a good option when we found her. She was local and reasonably priced. The first time we went to talk to her she was very knowledgeable and certain she could handle our case with positive results. She was also very upfront with us about her opinion on what we could and could ...not get through the law. She told us right away what to expect. Shortly after we paid her the fee she got the ball rolling with the paperwork. It was then that things started to go downhill. Over the next several months (which we were told it wouldn't take very long) her communication skills went extremely south. She never emailed us to let us know how things were progressing. If we had a question she took forever to email or call back. She became extremely difficult to get ahold of. At one point she even went on vacation and neglected to let us know but she DID inform the other party involved. I thought that was extremely odd since she was OUR lawyer and the other party was not paying her! We were! We never got an apology for that. We even got complaints from the other party involved in our case because our lawyer asked her several times for her email and other information as well. I actually recommended this lawyer to a friend of mine early in our process and eventually he fired her and got a different lawyer. He told us we should do the same, but we were literally so close to being done we stuck with her. And that was at least a month ago. Here we are still not done and supposedly all that's left is just some paperwork, though I can't be sure that's true since she communicates so poorly and so infrequently.
