Different cultures have different expectations for proposal, engagement, and marriage, that may differ from USCIS expectations. I work to identify specific traditions, document those, and evidence comp ... liance in order to prove a bona fide marriage. I use public information, affidavits and testimonials, and analaogous situations in an individual's family history to make a persuasive case that a marriage is real when the couple's contact has been limited or the marriage occurs quickly after meeting.
