Biography
Daniel D. Mead is a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Cum Laude and undergraduate degree from Oakland University. Daniel is originally from Northwest Ohio. After high school, Daniel joined the United States Marine Corp where he served as an infantryman for 4 years. Daniel is married and has two children. Daniel enjoys all things outdoors. Daniel practices in the areas of real estate law regarding all matters. Daniel also practices in probate matters, family law, criminal law, and general civil litigation. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Marquette County Bar Association. Daniel is admitted to practice in both the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Tribal Court and Federal Court. Daniel is a member of the following sections of the bar: Real Property Law Section, Probate & Estate Planning Section, General Practice – Solo & Small Firm Section, Elder Law & Disability Rights Section, Family Law Section. Daniel also serves his community by serving as President of the Lake Superior Community Partnership Foundation Board of Directors.
