OUTCOME: Asylum Granted

I successfully represented an asylum seeker in the Otay Mesa San Diego Immigration Court. She was persecuted in her come country because of her sexual orientation. The government alleged that she was ... inadmissible and sought to deport her. Through extensive preparation I was able to create an effective strategy tailored to her specific situation. I presented a wide variety of evidence to the immigration judge to corroborate her claim. The trial lasted several hours during which cross examination occurred. I successfully argued why she was eligible for asylum and persuaded the judge that she deserved to win.
