Felt forced to tap out,, so I settled,, thought it was at least over with,,, but it is not- asked Elliot where we stood on the retainer and he says he dont know,, but don’t worry,, I’ll give you a bill at the end,, transparency issues!! Deposition was cancelled, he failed to notify me,,so I can’t be... prepared, and don’t know what’s coming,, I feel hustled by both attorneys colluding on the down low,stacked the deck against me, tricked me into settling for a low ball amount,, thought we were done at least,,,but they are keeping those billable hours going- the price ain’t worth the cost! Super shitty attorney- there is more to mention as well,,, but I hope you get the point- I do not recommend. Should have never hired him,, and several times should have sent him packin,,shot myself in the foot with him. Very poor communication and if he doesn’t like your questions he gets extremely mad and explodes on you- questions like- how’s my retainer holdin up- he don’t know,,,

This lawyer spent no time on my case with no end result. After two years of my calls not being returned 90% of the time and nothing was being done to my case literally nothing I asked for a statement because I had never once recieved one. 3 weeks later I get a letter saying I had no funds available. ...I would conider Elliott as a crook.

Absolutely would not recommend this lawyer. Not just because he lost my case, but because he made absolutely no contribution in my favor. He made absolutely no contact with me, even on days of my cases. I had to call him to cheeck up, and I think he only returned my messages one time. He agreed to... terms contrary to my wishes on my behalf, and set time standards farmout of my capabilities (I told him I wanted a 4 month period for payments, yet the papers he generated and had signed gave me 2 weeks, without even asking me about that time frame.) He pandered to the demands of the other lawyers, ignoring any and all evidence I had in my favor. None of my evidence made it into court. I also did not recieve notification of my judgement until an entire YEAR after judgement, which led directly to further hearings. BY NO MEANS SHOULD YOU HIRETHIS LAWYER!
