I was extremely happy with Mr. Bisgrove. I was going through the eviction process, and Dave asked me to send my lease agreement to look over, as well as all other communication I had received. While doing so, he found two fraudulent clauses in the lease, and was able to erase one of the problems for ...me personally. The other clause was about the complex being subsidized, in which the agreement said it was, yet in all reality it was not. However, this complex was somehow able to receive funds due to having 4 income based apartments and got away with not advertising which apartments these were. I do not know how they got away with it, and perhaps still do, but I know they had to re-write their lease agreement. Dave was also exceptionally helpful in assisting me with filling out dispute paperwork on my part to the court system. Thankfully, as well, he drove an hour south to show up for my court hearing. He was an exceptionally kind, generous man with his time and dedication to my case. I couldn't possibly have asked for a better attorney and would direct anyone to him that asked.
