A Client with a history of drug and theft crimes was found in Burbank in possession of multiple identities and a "card maker". The client had already been convicted of over 8 felonies and was currentl ... y on probation for another crime. He was now looking at over six years in custody. After much negotiation with the DA the client plead to a much shorter stay in county jail and allowed to enter into a drug and alcohol treatment center.

A teacher from out of state moved to Los Angeles with his family as a freelance writer. While here he had rented a small house from a landlord for 3,000 a month. After the teacher moved in he discove ... red massive defects in the construction that left the house in disrepair. After months of trying to repair the house himself and contacting the owner who had left the country for support he stopped paying rent. The landlord in turn attempted to evict the client and sue him for rents he claimed he was owed.
