I will forever be grateful for Patrick and his wife Robyn. I can't begin to express my gratitude in the worst time of my life I searched for an attorney on Google. I came across so many, and I reached out to several. Patrick text me at 8pm days before my first court date. I explained the details of m...y case and about my lengthy criminal history. He met with me the very next morning. I hired him ( money well spent) and right from jump he had already had me ahead of the game. I went to jail on an unrelated offense in a different county hours away from his home, and I called him ( he picked up every time). And although it was a difficult process and I was facing years in prison bc of my record, he never gave up on me. He handled everything as though I was there. He even drove all the way down to see me in jail on a Sunday evening to ensure I was prepared for court. I'm a realist and was in whites at my sentencing prepared to go to jail. Patrick met me 5 minutes before sentencing and ended up in the courtroom with only the judge and prosecutor for what seemed like forever. He came out and told me I was going home for dinner. I was in shock. When I comprehended what he was actually saying I began crying, and gave him the biggest hug ever. He even hugged me back lol.... Thank you Patrick for making the impossible possible. After receiving what I believed to be an unfair unregistered pistol charge on a pistol I legally purchased years ago out of state, I retained Patrick. Patrick was worth every penny! Being nervous with never having a criminal charge, Patrick made my experience very smooth resulting in the case against... me being dropped! If you are looking for a great lawyer look no more.. Patrick is an amazing lawyer and did an excellent job with my case. I retained patrick to represent me in a probation violation case.. During this I found out I had a few more warrants that I did not know about. He helped me with those cases also w...ith no extra cost to me. At arraignment the judge planned on reprimanding me to jail but Patrick got me a PR bond. At my plea hearing I should have been sentenced that day and had a recommendation of 60days in jail. Patrick got it to where I was reevaluated for probation and had a new recommendation done and spared me from that 60 day sentence. Finally on sentencing day with my new recommendation Patrick went to bat for me and again did amazing! Not only did I not go to jail I also did not get probation. I was a free woman! None of this would have been possible without Patrick. I would be in jail right now if I had not hired Patrick Fragel. I highly recommend him.. Not only did he get me the best possible outcome at court he also was very kind, open and honest, non judgemental, available whenever I needed him through out all of this and he settled my nerves with his calm demeanor. After researching lawyers in the area I was pleased to find Patrick. His website said not to wait until Monday and it wasn't a lie. I called Sunday afternoon and he met with me that evening. After reviewing my case and situation he provided excellent advice, and went to court with me. I have reviewed... approximately 350 of his cases, and I must say that if you have an OWI/DUI or any criminal charges, he has an excellent track record for getting the charges dropped down to manageable infractions. Don't deal with a bully attorney who won't provide great service or pay $5,000 - call Patrick!

Patrick Fragel is a 5 star lawyer!!! I went to spend weekend up north and ended up with a drunk driving ticket. It's not the first or second time I had been in trouble. I was completely panicked and in an INCREDIBLE amount of trouble. I was so freaked out about what I had read on-line about a 3rd dru...nk driving conviction and expected the worst case scenario!! I searched for a lawyer in the area where I was in trouble and found Fragel. I was able to immediately get in contact with him. He treated my case like it was an emergency that needed immediate attention. I of course thought this is how all lawyers act until they get your money, but was over the top pleased to find out that he is simply a great attorney!!! He dug deep and found a way to get my case DISMISSED. And if anyone reading this has been in a situation like mine than you will understand how very important it is to get this kind of Defense. My only advise if you do decide to use him, is to sit back and listen to what he and his assistant Robyn have to say.
