Would leave a zero star if possible

Michelle Bostic messed up the child custody portion of my case. She failed to follow through with a very important motion. My divorce should've been a slam dunk considering my ex went to jail during it but Ms. Bostic failed to lock in our first settlement so the ex came back on the second settlemen...t and changed everything that we agreed to. She tried to convince me that my portion of the pension was considered spousal support (its property) and I had to stay on top of the numbers because she was often confused. Also, she is horrible at returning phone calls and messages and I literally went for 1 to 2 weeks before I would hear back from her. I was also charged for phone calls with the defense attorney but that attorney confirmed that he never spoke to her for that long in regards to our case, he also stated on trial day that he was sick of the games and the fact that she never turned over items that they requested, which she told me that she did. Ex's attorney stated as much to the judge on our trial day as well...which made my situation worse. Michelle also promised that the judge wouldn't even consider selling our family home and put my kids to the curb but that is exactly what he stated would happen if we didn't settle on our own that day. Which gave the ex the backbone to throw a tantrum every time I wanted something, stating that he would let the judge decide. I had to fire her a couple of weeks before my trial and retain a new attorney, because she wasn't following through with important things, not contacting me, not meeting to go over strategy and then she had the audacity to say that I lied about something to which she wouldn't even look at the facts. I highly recommend finding a different attorney.
