Kyle B. Trevas

Mr. Trevas clearly had no interest in representing me as a court appointed attorney. He didn't listen to anthing I had to say that could have been beneficial to my case. Quite frankly he seemed annoyed, that I didn't want to accept the plea deal I was being offered. My charge was retail fraud 3rd deg...ree in the amount of 50.07. Maxium penalty 93 days in jail and 600.00 in fines. I somehow recieved almost 1,000 in fines thats with the prosecutor waving the restitution, as the store recovered their goods. 1 year probation. 20 hours community service, a theft class. As well as drug and alcohol screenings. I'm 45 years old with NO prior criminal record. So I rate Mr. Trevas a man of the courts not a man of the people. I guess he either didn't lile me as a person or he doesn't like being a low paid attorney and figures he shouldn't have to put forth the effort for his clients. Please don't make the same mistake as I have in accepting him to represent you or your loved one. My fate in his hands has caused me to feel overwhelmingly defeated and cheated of any sort or fair representation.
