David Cvengros

David recently helped our family through our first experience with the legal system. We had the misfortune of having a vacation ruined by renting a condo that did not live up to the owners representation of the unit. Unfortunately, we had to vacate the premises after less than 24 hours in the u...nit, and had insult added to injury when the owners refused to return the rental fees. From the start, David jumped in to guide us through the process, provide insight into what would happen next and made sure we were aware of our options. Importantly, David took the time to explain our options allowing us to make decisions that we could feel good about. I can happily say, that we have now had our date in court and have fully recovered all of our rental fees plus the costs associated with the legal process.
