Ms. Mellingen represents physicians and healthcare providers throughout the State of Michigan on a wide range of healthcare issues, including mergers, employment issues, compliance, Stark, HIPAA, collections, litigation, joint ventures, and corporate issues

Ms. Mellingen has successfully represented individuals and entities in condominium developments including residential, commercial and mixed use developments, sales and exchanges of real property, and commercial real estate financing and collateralization.
