Agnes successfully handled my case in family court. I had a divorce in North Carolina 8 years ago. Agnes was able to persuade the court to enroll my divorce case in Kane County, despite my ex-husband hiring a hot dog attorney to fight it. She was able to transfer the jurisdiction of my court case ...from NC to Illinois. My ex-husband still lives in NC, so every time he was unhappy with my choices, he would take me to court, and I had to fly to NC. Now that Agnes was able to transfer my case to Illinois, if my ex wants to take me to court, he has to fly up here to Chicago! My only disappointment was that Agnes moved from Illinois to Wisconsin! She listens, understands, and researches the law and the options to get the job done right.

Agnes stepped right in where another attorney had dropped me (the other atty wasn't going to be making a ton of money from the divorcing couple!!). She picked up right where the previous atty (larger office and overhead) slacked off.
