Gender discrimination and retaliatory discharge case where I represented the defendant IPC International Corp. We successfully defended the suit, obtaining a jury verdict for the defense in September 2 ... 010. On appeal, the 7th Circuit reversed and remanded, clarifying an improper jury instruction. Upon remand, the matter was tried again in August 2012. We again mounted a second successful defense, obtaining a jury verdict in my clients' favor.
