Mark R. Dancer

Mr. Dancer is one of Michigan’s premier personal injury attorneys. He has obtained numerous substantial jury verdicts and settlements in all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile and truck accidents, boating accidents, oil field accidents, sexual assaults, dog bit claims, premises liability claims, and litigation arising from the manufacture, sale and distribution of various products.

Mr. Dancer is a former Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is currently a Case Evaluator for the Thirteenth, Nineteenth, Thirty-Third, Fifty-Seventh and Forty-Sixth Judicial Circuits of Michigan, the Eighty-Sixth District Court of Michigan and the U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is also a trained certified Mediator, having completed the general civil mediator training approved by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrative’s Office.
