OUTCOME: Judgement of zero for Plaintiff, Defendant obtained a 5K judgment against Plaintiff, plus his costs and attorney's fees

Plaintiff was former employee of the Defendant. She was a live in health care aid. After her termination she sued my client for 5K, alleging he owed her in back rent. I represented the Defendant in ... the case. We counter-sued with exploitation of the elderly, conversion, and civil theft because the Plaintiff stole items have she was terminated (which she actually had to be lawfully evicted because she refused to leave).
