Frederik F. Stig-Nielsen

This guy is one heck of a great attorney and is worth every penny you would spend on him and then some. He partnered with Jesse Williams and together these guys seriously saved my life. I was in a really tight spot with a very unusual case. I was very much over charged because of a prosecutor who had... a political vengence to hang me for being a teacher with a medical marijuana card. I was charged with a total of 5 felonies that added up to a max of 37 years in prison, and my biggest charge was criminal enterprising which is the 2nd highest statute in the state of MI and is a 22 year felony. After a hard battle that went on for two years I was finally offered a reasonable plea that included no jail time.....I will have a clean record in 5 years and got 6 months probation and $611 in fines. Plus, in a few years I will be able to get back to teaching again. Frederik was excellent with coming up with arguements to be made on the spot in the court room and he did a great job putting together motions that were very detailed. He also put together an awesome sentencing adendum that convinced the judge to allow me to retain my right to use cannabis medicinally during my probation period. I will forever be in debt to Frederik and Jesse for all of their dedication to my case. They really got me my best possible outcome and I would recommend them both to anyone in trouble. Not only is Frederik a great attorney but he is a wonderful guy who honestly cares about his clients and wants what is best for them. He is also very personable and easy to talk to which I think is something that makes him a very unique attorney.

Mr. Stig-Nielsen represented me in a CPS case in which I was wrongfully charged. He asserted my civil rights and stopped the DHS workers from harassing and threatening me.
