Client had a deport order since 1991 due to misrepresentation from a previous attorney, he attempted to appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals throughout the years as the law changed. Each and ever ... y time he had been denied. It was not until recently that our Motion to Reopen and Dismiss was finally granted and client is now eligible to adjust status.
