Paul E Jensen

I was referred to Paul by a friend for an SSI claim. Paul was never available, so I was always panned off on other staff in the office. I called Paul to check the status of my claim on July 26th, in which he had no information on my status, and agreed to contact the SSA to get answers. I never receiv...ed a follow up call from Paul. I called into the office on August 12th since I'd yet to hear from him. Paul told me that he'd contacted SSA and they informed him, "I was still waiting in line like everyone else." What Paul wasnt aware of, I contact SSA prior to calling him and they told me my case was lottery selected for a process review, which could take up to 30 days past my decision date. When I confronted Paul with this information, he got really upset and said, "I think it's time you find another attorney." then hung up the phone. I called back to request a document be typed up specifying that he is no longer representing me, in which he refused. Paul said, "I'll be out of the office, so you'll just have to wait until I return." He also specified he still felt he should receive attorney fees from SSI, which I have to contest.
