Wife can only sign over wife's rights, not yours. But if you don't have any rights because your parental rights were suspended because of dyfs,...

You gotta find 'em! If they've died 1st, the gift fails and can be administered as part of the probate estate. If they've died 2nd, the CD belongs...

It's better to sell estate property through the estate rather than deed it out to the beneficiaries... If the beneficiaries sell it, they may well...
