You can use the quit claim deed, but that's usually a mistake because you're increasing the probability that you and your sister will reach impasse...

Yes, you need to reapply because if you don't the SSA won't know you're back... Is your question really that simple or is something else going on?

In most (if not all) states, the Medicaid recipient can keep one motor vehicle (usually a car) and there is no requirement that the motor vehicle...
