Scott E. Pederson

Scott Pederson was hired to do two things and time has been an issue, but he decided to do something else. He has spent a year doing nothing. He fails to take calls unless he feels like it. He lied about receiving a payment and basically has held the work he chose to do for fees. I have never met an ...attorney like this man. He is definitely not about his client. I would not recommend him to anyone. I am having a problem believing he is a licensed attorney.

This lawyer didn't have time this lawyer didn't respond this lawyer don't care about you this lawyer lied this late isn't professional if u think he you should know he is a scam!!!! Then when u comp pain he quits. He did nothing 3500 and forced me to plea with a deal the courts didn't do. I wavy to w...ithdraw help me. I'm saving ya life!! Save mine

I retained Mr. Pederson to represent me in a fairly simple criminal case and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. Without going into too much detail, I will just say that this man is all about money and does the bare minimum. He tells you what you want to hear in order to gain your business and... then drops the ball and is almost impossible to get in contact with when it really matters. You're better off sticking to a court appointed attorney than to waste your money on Mr. Pederson.

I hired scott Pederson as the court appointed attorney Mr Cardinal Gaylord did not seem to have the time for this case. mr Gaylord was very was very professional and recommended his co-worker, namely Scott Pederson. Mr pederson had a great defense but we lost even though the overwhelming evidence... was In our favour. We are now in the process of an appeal and I shall get t back to AVVO to let everyone know the outcome.

Scott text ed me called me badgered me for days to get this 2500 to retain him i told him i have to borrow the money i can only get 1,500 he was fine with that he was quick to take that money, he told me my fiance was being treated wrong and what there doing is not right! I paid him and I never heard... from him again he hasn't done anything and i text and call no response. Now he finally text back and said he wants 1,700 more dollars for trial. i don't even know what he did. I did not receive one phone call at all i was not kept up to date on anything! I need help i think Im going to the attorney general and see if I can get help that way. Anyone out there that can help me please that would be appreciated!
