Didn't keep up on my case. Lost and ignored email after email. Never initiated contact for any purpose. Was a HUGE mistake for a selection on my disability case. Failed to submit all the documentation needed for the hearing and never followed up with judge to ensure a decision was completed. ... I had to contact SSI and the judge myself to get anything done. His office is on the second floor of a building that has no elevator yet he's a disability lawyer. I think that makes him quite insensitive. I would advise against using this lawyer for a disability case. you'll end up doing all the work, he'll harass your doctors and pass off his ineptness as someone else's issue.
