Tim Holland is arguably Michigan’s most successful and most experienced Michigan slip and fall lawyer. Tim has litigated over 200 slip and fall, trip and fall, and premises liability cases throughout Michigan.

He is a recognized national legal expert in the area of premises liability law, and has taught national webinars to thousands of attorneys throughout the United States on successful settlement and trial strategies on slip and fall cases. Tim has also written extensively on all areas of premises liability and slip and fall law, and he has taught the advanced premises liability course at Davenport University for Michigan personal injury attorneys and claims adjusters.
