CAVEAT EMPTOR naka Buyer Beware

Bob was my attorney. He juggles as many things as possible, doing very little for each, but billing a Kings' ransom. .He literally did nothing but bill and double bill. He often, couldn't make court dates but would "prep" his partners and charge me for his time to "prep" and for his partners' time (d...ouble). Most divorces are simple =4 things. Bob refused to listen to what I asked and unethically carried out a simple divorce for two years . He would stand in front of the Judge as a mute. A second grader could do that ..but not bill like he did. I asked to speak to a Board member , with Bob , from his low energy behavior and he billed me for three attorneys presnent. Multiple mistakes made and took ZERO ownership. Could care less on the havoc he wrecked on my children from constantly being in Court for egregious stuff (if he showed). Take a look at how he he takes care of himself and that will be indicative of he will handle your case.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
