I hired Heath almost 2 years ago. The whole legal process was slow moving and emotionally draining at times. Heath was there for me every step of the way. I rarely write reviews. A service has to either be pretty bad, or done extremely well. I was so thankful that this service was top notch. Unfortunately my father had a once in a lifetime bad night, with bad choices, and a family that has never seen the likes of barely a traffic stop was now facing a ...possible felony with misdemeanors and jail/prison time. To say we were scared and nervous would be an understatement. After crawling the internet for criminal law lawyers in the area, we went and scheduled appointments with 3 different highly ranked lawyers, Heath Lynch being one of the 3. With some visits with the other lawyers, we chose to go with Heath. He had the skill of really putting in-depth situations and choices into laymen terms, and just simply put us at ease. This guy knows his stuff, and it’s clearly evident. He always made us calm and it was laid out at the very beginning that he was a text or phone call away if we had another question or concern. If you are reading this- that is huge, and we tested it. He passes that test with flying colors. I can’t stress that enough. In addition to Heath, his staff was always on the ball, patient, understanding and best of all, completely responsive. Heath both looks the part, talks the part, and has a presence in the court room. To wrap this up, every little step Heath explained to us beforehand happened in real life just as he had explained. I was shocked at how accurate his explanation was. My father went from facing a felony, misdemeanor and and jail time, to the eventual dismissal of the felony AND misdemeanor charges AND avoiding jail. I was facing a felony CCW and a super drunk DUI charge. I was very nervous about this case and immediately after consulting with heath I felt much better. I told Heath I didn't want a felony on my record and I didn't want to spend time in jail and he did exactly that. He was able to get my felony dro...pped to a misdemeanor possession of a firearm while intoxicated, a charge meant for someone who has a concealed carry permit which i did not have. Heath didn't have much time to work on my case but that did not matter, he was very knowledgeable of all aspects of my case and explained them in ways that I could understand as well. I was never nervous going into my court dates because of him, I remember the judge even saying "you are in good hands with Mr. Lynch". Heath did a great job of communicating with me and checked in on me often throughout the whole process, I never had a problem getting ahold of him and whenever I had a question he was able to answer it almost immediately. He was a little more expensive than some of the other lawyers I consulted with but I could tell right away he was willing to go above and beyond for me. I believe he could have gotten the CCW charge dismissed if we tried but I am not a high stakes gambler and the plea deal he was able to work out was good enough for me. I will definitely be recommending anyone that I know that needs legal help to Mr. Lynch as this whole process couldn't have gone better without him.

I received a call from Child protective services and my world got turned upside down. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was being falsely accused of sexual abuse. After reaching out to several lawyers I couldn’t believe what they were telling me. I finally spoke with Heath Lynch and knew righ...t off the bat he was the one I was going to hire. I had several text messages to Heath, and he always responded in a timely fashion and assured me that we would get through this. After meeting with him he suggested that I take a polygraph which I would have done anything to prove my innocence. After a passing the test we sat down and he came up with a strategy on how it was best to present the facts. He wrote a very convincing letter to the detective and prosecuting attorney attaching the results of the polygraph. He did an excellent job in persuading the prosecuting attorney to decline prosecution against me. No charges ended up being filed and I couldn’t have been happier by the way he handled everything.
