David Christian Hill

I represent offices, retail, industrial, multi-family housing, hospitality, and mixed use developers in acquisitions, leasing, sales and exchanges, financing, development, and construction. I also represent private investors and lending institutions to structure loans, including construction loans, bridge loans, participating loans, and loans secured by leases. My finance work also includes debt restructuring and workouts exclusively for lending institutions.

I focus many efforts in the development of urban areas, including the planning, financing, and vision for using real estate development to improve cities and quality of life. I work with clients to implement incentives, credits, grants and other tools to make urban developments feasible and successful.

I also work with businesses to address ongoing operational matters, such as contracts, collections, corporate restructuring, protection of intellectual property, employment/immigration, and regulatory/compliance issues.
