Damien looked at the evidence at hand, did his research from all angles, and discovered there was no case here. Damien did mo...re work investigating the incident than apparently the SRO and school system did. Once Damien showed them the holes in their case, the Prosecutor quickly dropped all of the charges. Damien was a barracuda and was relentless in defending our son. I will also say that Damien truly cares about his clients. When our son was arraigned, Damien stayed with him through the entire process to give him the needed support.
