Brian Vincent was admitted to the Michigan Bar in November of 1982 and has made his home in West Michigan ever since. During this time, he has worked as a trial attorney, focusing on both civil and criminal litigation. Specifically, he has practiced in numerous areas of the law, including; medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense and subrogation, collections, bankruptcy litigation, family law, business law and transactional work. He is a trained mediator and arbitrator, and often puts his years of experience to work sitting on case evaluation panels as a plaintiff/defense evaluator. Most notably, Brian served six years with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Counsel, three of which as the counsel’s chairperson.
