I have experience with public and private sector labor relations and arbitrations, NLRB compliance and litigation, and employment discrimination. I have helped employers in both the private and public sectors draft and administer policies and procedures to further their business interests while also remaining in legal compliance.

I primarily have experience with employment litigation, but I also have engaged in motion practice while representing employers in a wide variety of different disputes.
