Do not hire this lawyer
Tim Hoesch did a terrible job with my case. He charged me a lot of money and got pushed around by the other lawyer. He did not understand the law or how it works. I regret hiring him. There are much better lawyers out there if you need one. I strongly suspect that he overbilled me.
