Jennifer Lambourne Lynn

I started practicing law in 2009. I have been a resource for many attorneys and firms in the West Michigan area and statewide as an independent contractor, assisting with legal research, legal document drafting, motion practice, trial practice, and discovery.  I have worked in this capacity in the legal areas of medical malpractice, real estate and foreclosure, post-judgment criminal petitioning, and various areas of civil litigation.  She is also a public defender in the 61st District Court (Grand Rapids) and 62-B District Court (Kentwood).

I am a graduate of Grand Haven High School, Grand Haven, MI.  I graduated from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Community Relations. I received a scholarship and studied social sciences in Rome, Italy, through the Michigan State University study abroad program.

I received may law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. I was a class representative for the Student Bar Association at the Grand Rapids Campus. I was active as the Secretary for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as a member of the International Law Society.  I also worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Academic Resource Center at the Grand Rapids Campus.

Mrs. Lynn is an active member of the Spring Lake Rotary Club and also a member of the Professional Advisory Board for the Coalition for a Useful Registry.
