Eric R. Gielow

I concentrate my practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions with environmental implications, regulatory counseling, brownfield redevelopment, remediation planning and implementation, underground storage tank cleanups, insurance claims and cost recovery. With a wealth of experience in litigation, I have a unique perspective on transactional work. I have litigated matters in state and federal courts and understand the role of advocacy, negotiation and dispute resolution in business, real estate and administrative proceedings. I have effectively represented a number of clients in the petroleum industry and have a working knowledge of the unique problems confronting this industry. I am active in the community, serving on numerous organizations and community events including the Lakeshore Museum Center, Muskegon Rotary, and the Muskegon County Environmental Coordinating Council.
