Jeff helped me retrieve thousands of dollars worth of supplies that we had stored in the basement of a building in which I had an office. We were evicted due to a verbal argument that happened between the property manager and myself. I had not violated any of the building or lease agreement guideline...s. I wasn’t allowed to enter building as my electronic key was erased from the system. I was being charged for the time that my property was in their basement, which I was denied access to for a month and a half. They demanded I pay or lose security deposit and the things that were left behind. Jeff was able to contact the owner and I was allowed access to my personal items and I was given back my security deposit and I didn’t have to pay the two months rent they requested from me. It was a fairly quick process once I met with Jeff. It took 2 months because I tried talking and negotiating with the manager that had me removed to no avail. Jeff was great at breaking down the details of lease agreement. I was evicted based on a personal reasons not a contractual issue. So negotiations took place between Jeff and the property owner right away and the result was very fair to both of us.
