My sister hired this attorney to represent my deceased mother's estate. He sent a packet of papers to me to be reviewed, signed and sent back to him. I did not send them back but instead took them to his office within a week of receiving them. Apparently that wasn't soon enough for him. As I was as...king the receptionist if i had done everything correctly he started yelling from another room belittling me for not understanding his instructions that came with the packet. I let that slide. I then asked him if I could get a copy of the trust for me and some other family that hadnt seen it yet. He then proceeded to berate me for holding up the process of probate by not getting the document back to him sooner and how could I come in demanding things. I then explained that I wasn't demanding anything and the reason for my delay was because I had received an infusion as part of my cancer treament and had gotten sick from it and that i thought he was rude. He actually laughed at me.
