I provide practical, sophisticated solutions for agribusinesses. My work in this area has extended from business and estate planning to representing clients before the USDA and MDA. I have recently expanded this practice into hard cider licensing and production representation.

I have handled complex cases involving the Revocation of Paternity Act, international defendants, and protecting children in the homes of suicidal parents. I have been involved with family law since clerking with the Hon. Kathleen A. Feeney in 2011.

I first began practice providing estate planning for clients. I have drafted numerous wills, trusts, power of attorneys, patient advocate designations, and deeds in conjunction with meeting clients' goals. All estate plans are completely customized to each clients' needs and fixed-rate billing is used whenever possible.

In addition to agribusiness, I provide counsel to several businesses. I have reworked internal procedures, drafted buy/sell agreements for businesses, as well as general contract drafting for business clients. I have a strong passion for succession planning and I thoroughly enjoy safeguarding small businesses for future generations.
