On March 14, 2022, a King County jury returned a total verdict of $150.3 million for two families who lost loved ones and for three people who were seriously injured as a result of the April 27, 2019 t ... ower crane collapse that occurred in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. The verdict was rendered by the jury following a six-week trial. $12.3 million was awarded to our client who sustained physical and psychological injuries due to this incident. Mobile crane operator Omega Morgan Sarens as well as Northwest Tower Crane Service, which was in charge of erecting and dismantling the tower crane, were found to be largely responsible for the deaths and injuries.
