Eugenie B Eardley

I am the owner and lead attorney at Eardley Law in Rockford, Michigan, where I have proudly represented plaintiffs for nearly three decades. My practice focuses on serious personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and civil rights matters, as well as legal and complex civil litigation.

I graduated from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and went on to earn my Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. I am licensed to practice law in Michigan, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and admitted to practice before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits and U.S. District Courts in Michigan and Virginia. My broad admissions allow me to pursue justice for my clients wherever the law takes us.

Over the years, I have had the honor of securing meaningful recoveries for individuals and families affected by negligence, discrimination, or civil rights violations. My approach to legal representation is defined by tenacity, thorough preparation, and a commitment to clear communication, ensuring clients fully understand their rights and options throughout every phase of their case.
