• Business consultation with regard to corporate strategy, executive board responsibility and general corporate governance procedures • Analysis and oversight of various corporate endeavors such as mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring

• Representation of financial institutions and businesses in commercial matters pertaining to mortgage foreclosure • Drafting of various legal documents relative to settlement, including installment payment orders, consent judgments, buy/sell agreements, leases, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and etc. • Negotiation of commercial, as well as settlement and non-disclosure agreements for both personal and business clients

• Representation of clients in divorce and custody matters • Litigation of domestic relations matters

• Negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts, including lease agreements, buy/sell agreements, land contracts, etc.
