Matt has handled multiple legal issues for me and after dealing with other attorneys there is no one else I'd consider for an issue in Matt's areas of expertise. There have been times where Matt has represented me for things like needing a PPO put in place and he couldn't have been better in doing so.... At 1 hearing he was so thorough in his preparation and presentation the judge cut the hearing short ruling in my favor all I could do was thank him for the work he'd done since it was done to a level that by the judge ruling when she did it saved me further costs. There have also been times I've consulted Matt on issues where he's advised me on the best course of action and told me I didn't need representation at that point if at all. I have neomet another attorney that will let a potential client walk out the door without getting paid simply because it wasn't in the best interest of the person he was consulting. If you want to avoid lip service and get a straight honest answer as to where you stand this is your guy. Once you hire Matt no attorney will be more aggressive in doing everything possible to protect your rights and fight for what you're entitled to than Matt will.

Mr. Shepherd represented me in a PPO case and he was outstanding. The case was brought against me and we prevailed. His ability to present the facts and show that we were truthful was what showed me that he can and will do the job. The most important reason for me to post this review is that he could... of billed me more and did not. He had more hours invested in my case than he billed and that is why I say he is honest. In todays world that is unheard of. Mr. Shepherd is a good guy.
